We offer training in and around Darlington and use a complete sports complex which offers the very best training facilities both indoors and outdoors. This includes a range of cardiovascular and resistance equipment, free weights, an 8 lane athletics track, 3G and grass pitches and the inside gym is fully air-conditioned. Boot camps take place in various locations around Darlington and the surrounding areas.
We offer many different types of training ranging from 1:1 personal training to boot camps. If you are unsure which type of training you require why not give us a call for a chat and we will advise which training will best suit your needs.
Yes, we have no preference and are fully DBS checked. If you are not confident training alone why not attend one of our partner or group sessions and train with a friend, family member or colleague.
Yes. This obviously depends on the injury or disability but we can write a bespoke training plan to suit most cases and more often than not we can concentrate on the injury or disability to help improve it.
Sessions vary depending on the type of session and your budget but we recommend training for one hour at least 3 times a week.
Prices vary depending on your requirements and the length of the session but a typical 1-to-1 personal training session starts from £15 for a 45 minute session.
