NJN Fitness understands that everyone is individual and that the same training programmes do not work for everyone. So whether your goals are weight/fat loss, muscle tone or weight gain/muscle gain, we will design a new bespoke training plan for EVERY session, adapting it to your personal goals and physical ability, unlike many of our competitors who offer a generic plan for everyone and every session.
Each new client will be given an initial consultation which will include brief medical history, personal goals and body fat / physical measurements (BMI) check to enable us to design your training plans and allow us to record and measure your progress.
We will also complete monthly fitness assessments to allow us to control your goals and adapt the training plans. These are also great motivationally to help you see the progress made.
